2016 GOALS 

Hi guys! ITS 2016! And, like everyone, I have goals for the new year! I thought I would share them with you to give you guys some inspiration! 

  1.  DRINK MORE WATER

I am really sensitive to getting headaches from not drinking enough water, so it’s really important for me to drink a lot of water

    2. DO YOGA 3X A WEEK

Yoga is a good form of working out because there are many types of yoga for your situation. If you’re sore, do stretching yoga, if you’re stressed, do relaxing yoga, if you wanna get them abbs, do intense yoga!

     3.  MAKE BETTER LUNCHES FOR SCHOOL

I need to make healthier and more balanced lunches for school because recently I’ve started just throwing prepackaged things together and calling it my lunch.

       4.  READ EVERY DAY

Recently I’ve started slacking on reading and I don’t like that so….GOAL!

       5. CREATE A BLOG SCHEDULE 

I actually already have! I plan on posting Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Let’s see if I stick to it!
